Justin Telthorst
Justin is a lifelong Catholic who has spent decades navigating the intersections of faith, identity, and relationships with honesty and compassion. His formation draws from Ignatian spirituality, philosophy, the continuity of Church teachings, and extensive reading in psychology and relational connection. He came out almost a decade ago and is passionate about helping people remain connected to their faith while embracing the fullness of their story.
This is not therapy or spiritual direction, and Justin doesn’t offer expert answers. It is just a thoughtful, supportive space to reflect, process, and be heard. He considers it a privilege to walk alongside others through conversation.
Justin is also in training to be a Spiritual Director and is also able to meet with a limited number of individuals for spiritual direction.

Dr. Sadusky is a licensed psychologist in Colorado. She specializes in trauma-informed care and accompaniment at the intersection of sexuality, gender identity, and faith. She also has a specialty in eating disorders. Dr. Sadusky is a member of PSYPACT, which allows her to meet with clients virtually in many states in addition to Colorado, and she can also offer one-time consultations to individuals and families.

Michael Pezzullo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Michael runs his own private practice in West Hollywood, CA. He specializes in LGBTQ+ affirmative psychotherapy, substance use disorders and trauma. Therapeutically he practices EMDR, ketamine assisted psychotherapy and internal family systems.
